Holiday Pie Topping from Cooking Vegan by Vesanto Melina & Joseph Forest (page 213). Not gonna lie, this wasn’t one of my favorite recipes; the whip didn’t quite firm up, and it had a weird aftertaste. And before taste. Also: during. Maybe I’ll try flavoring it with cocoa powder to make a chocolate whipped cream? idk. Shane liked it though, so maybe I’m just being fussy!
